How to submit an ACC request:

1. Print and fill out the ACC request form shown below. 
   
   
   
   
    

2. Be sure to check the specifications for standards document.

3. Have your adjacent & impacted neighbors sign the completed document.

4. If painting, adding shutters, stone, a deck or addition, please submit samples or detailed plans.

5. Email your request to the board of directors at hoa-board@swiftwaterhoa.com, 30 days before your project starts. Please be sure it is submitted electronically to record the submission date and details.

6. The board will respond to you within 30 days with approval, approval with conditions, or disapproval.  Please do not start your project until you hear from us.

7. You can mail your ACC request form to our address: PO Box 941 Carnation, WA 98014, or email it to the ACC Commitee Chair at hoa-board@swiftwaterhoa.com
